Shah Mahmood Qureshi, vice chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was detained on Saturday at his apartment in Islamabad in connection with a probe into cipher, which the PTI claims contained a threat from the United States to depose Imran Khan.
